Cleanups
Bag a walk's worth of litter
One bag of litter, picked up on a walk you were taking anyway.
- What this is for
- A cleaner block on a route people walk every day
- What the person actually does
- On a walk you are already taking, pull on gloves and fill one bag with litter from the sidewalk or path, then bin it.
- About 10 minutes of real work. Delivers 1 bag of litter cleared.
- Proof they have to send (photo)
- No identifiable faces. Photograph the place, items, or result, never a person. If a bystander is in frame, reframe or blur. Never depict anyone who appears vulnerable (e.g. unhoused, distressed, or a child).
- Photograph the filled bag and the stretch you cleared.
- Frame on the litter and the path, not on people passing by.
You pay$12
Where your $12 goes
- Pays the person fairly ($18/hr) for about 25 minutes of real work, travel, and sending the photo$8
- Supplies they buy, plus card and platform fees$4

What we tell the person doing it
The doer can ask anything in the app and gets an instant answer from the deed itself. A few they ask most:
- What photo proof do you need?
- Send photo of the result. Rules: No identifiable faces. Photograph the place, items, or result, never a person. If a bystander is in frame, reframe or blur. Never depict anyone who appears vulnerable (e.g. unhoused, distressed, or a child). Photograph the filled bag and the stretch you cleared. Frame on the litter and the path, not on people passing by.
- How much do I get paid?
- This deed pays $8 for your time (a fair ~$18/hr for about 25 minutes including travel and proof), and $4 is set aside for any supplies plus fees. Payment releases from escrow once your proof passes review.
- Do I need to keep people out of frame?
- No identifiable people, ever. Photograph the place, the items, or the result. If someone is in frame, reframe or blur before you send it.
